So last night, I got wrapped up in some affairs that I needed to nip in the bud. I wish I could talk about it more openly, but it will ruin the eventual surprise… Which may take weeks… Or months. I’m hopeful nonetheless. Please be patient with me.
Anyway, before I knew it, it was past 10 pm. A tad late to be blogging, I thought. But I’ve not forgotten! I’ll be combining day 3 and 4 tonight at a reasonable hour!
I’ve had too much protein these past two days as you’ll see below. I’m going to have to try a “do-over” because I feel I’m not as dedicated or focused this week. I mean really? I ate a potato–scoff!
Here’s what I’ve been eating the past two days:
- A grilled seafood salad from a sushi restaurant. It’s impossible to really know how many calories were in it.
- Mapo tofu with ground pork
- Leftover lamb ribs
- Peanut butter
I just realized I have an area highlighted in a cell there. Moving on!
- Again, coffee
- I totally ate Chipotle. I’m fine with that. Chipotle, I love you.
- Lean steak
- Egg and Chive Stir-fry
- Opted out
My mistake this week has been having only coffee with half & half and not my usual bulletproof coffee. I was ravenous by 10:30 am and proceeded to order Chipotle for my first meal of the day by 11:30 am. I’ve no regrets on the Chipotle whatsoever. And may I also say, that the new Chipotle in downtown Annapolis is fantastic? Excellent service and they did everything right. Sweet!
Phew! I’m so glad I have a long weekend coming. I’m going to do nothing but all of my favorite things: catch up on my Youtubers/bloggers, hang out with my dogs, spend time with my friends and family, see some animals, take my walks in the park (rain or shine come hell or high water), and yes, cook.
