Fat Fast Day 2: I’m not hungry

So, I don’t feel too bad about my food choices today and yesterday.  Reason being is that I realized, yes- one can have some limited amount of veggies while on this fat fast, as shown by Martina’s suggested meal plan on her website, Keto Diet App.

I’m completely satiated and have no desire to eat.  I’ve no cravings either. Shocking! I’m on day two of this fast and already feel like it is working better than the egg fast that I did two weeks ago.

Keeping it simple yet again tonight with the below. Nothing too exciting.

Fat Fast Day 2

AM

  • Coffee with 1/2 & 1/2

Meal 1

  • Lamb ribs from the night before

Meal 2

  • Okinawan Braised Pork Belly (I think I’ll have to post a recipe on this somewhere down the line)
  • 1 soft boiled egg
  • 1 cup of spring mix salad greens
  • 2 teaspoons of dressing

Snacks

  • Crispy Bacon
  • Peanut Butter

Water

  • 100 ounces
