Okay. Now I’m feeling it. I am totally over eggs and cheese. And the large amounts of fat. Do I even want to be on keto while intermittent fasting next week? Maybe I’ll just keep it low-carb. I need vegetables. Salad. Salad!
I can’t wait until my last day of this fast. Will I ever do this again? I will never say never, but I certainly will not for a long time. I must say though, I did manage to lose 3.1lb on this by day 4. But, based on what I’ve been reading I may gain some of the weight lost while transitioning out of the fast.
I’ve had an incredibly busy, pressure-cooker day, so I’ll be keeping it short. Some of these are repetitive so I’m only going to list the names of what I ate, except for Meal 2.

Meal 1: One generous serving of The Sprightly Kitchen’s Low-carb Friendly Hot and Sour Soup
Meal 2: Ina Garten’s Baked Herb-baked Eggs (without heavy whipping cream, thyme, or parmesan. I used Asiago and butter instead)
- 2 ounces (56 grams) of Goat Cheese
- 1 ounce (28 grams) of Nacho Cheddar Cheese Crisps
- 100 ounces (3 liters)
