I’ve had a long, busy day so I will only be logging my food. I did remember to do a weigh in. I will report on any changes with my weight at the end of the Egg Fast.

A.M.: Bulletproof Coffee
- 2 Tablespoons (30 grams) of Kerry Gold Grass-fed Butter
- 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) of Wild MCT Oil
- 12 ounces (350 ml) of brewed Kirkland Medium-Roast Coffee
Meal 1: Omelette with Salsa
- 2 Large Kirkland Organic Eggs
- 2 Tablespoon (30 grams) of Kerry Gold Grass-fed Butter
- 2 Tablespoon (35 grams) of Salsa
Meal 2: Egg Salad
- 3 Large Kirkland Organic Eggs
- 3 Tablespoon (42 grams) of Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon (about 5 grams) of fresh dill
- 1 Tablespoons (about 8 grams) of scallions
- 2 teaspoons (10 grams) Whole grain mustard with Irish whisky (I’m obsessed).
- 1 ounce (28 grams) of St. Andre’s Triple Cream Brie (I love you.)
- 1 ounce (28 grams) Collier’s Cheddar Cheese (Divine!)
- Decaf Vanilla Comoro Tea
- 100 ounces (3 liters)
