Egg Fast Day 2

I’ve had a long, busy day so I will only be logging my food. I did remember to do a weigh in. I will report on any changes with my weight at the end of the Egg Fast.

Hopefully someone out there can get some ideas for their future Egg Fast too. Enjoy!

Day 2 Macros

A.M.: Bulletproof Coffee 

Meal 1: Omelette with Salsa

  • 2 Large Kirkland Organic Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoon (30 grams) of Kerry Gold Grass-fed Butter
  • 2 Tablespoon (35 grams) of Salsa

Meal 2: Egg Salad

  • 3 Large Kirkland Organic Eggs
  • 3 Tablespoon (42 grams) of Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon (about 5 grams) of fresh dill
  • 1 Tablespoons (about 8 grams) of scallions
  • 2 teaspoons (10 grams) Whole grain mustard with Irish whisky (I’m obsessed).

Snacks

Water

  • 100 ounces (3 liters)
